Goa, Sept. 11 -- 55 a.m., 20-year-old Sarthak Naik, resident of Gauthan Wada, Assolda, Quepem, was arrested by Curchorem police in connection with Case No. 69/2025 under Section 20(b)(ii)(A) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Authorities stated that Naik was informed of her legal rights and the grounds for her arrest. The arrest was also communicated to her father, Pradeep Naik. All Supreme Court guidelines regarding arrest procedures were duly followed.

The investigation is ongoing under the supervision of PSI Dinesh Gaonkar of Curchorem Police Station. Further details will be released as the inquiry progresses.
