Goa, Sept. 15 -- A decade after the foundation stone was laid, the Multistoried Parking Complex in Margao remains a non-starter, drawing sharp criticism from citizens' group Madganvcho Awaaz and youth leader Prabhav Naik.

The foundation stone for the project was laid on September 15, 2015, with promises of easing Margao's parking chaos and traffic congestion. However, not a single brick has been added since, leaving the site barren. On its tenth anniversary, Madganvcho Awaaz marked the occasion with a symbolic protest, placing a wreath at the site to highlight what they called a "Monument of Incompetence and Betrayal."
