Goa, Nov. 5 -- Tension flared in the coastal belt of North Goa after two incidents were reported from Baga and Arpora, where LED boards outside shops displayed the message "Pakistan Zindabad." The alarming displays prompted swift police action late Monday night.
Teams from the Calangute and Anjuna police stations immediately intervened, apprehending two individuals allegedly linked to the incident and disconnecting the LED boards to prevent further unrest.
Authorities are investigating whether the messages were the result of deliberate mischief or a technical hack. Police officials have assured that strict action will be taken against those responsible.
