India, Feb. 14 -- "I represent 22,000 residents of Panaji, not just three signatories," said CCP Mayor Rohit Monserrate, strongly rejecting criticism over the alleged casino proposal controversy. Hitting back at detractors, Monserrate clarified that there is no formal proposal regarding casinos and stressed that the Corporation of the City of Panaji does not issue casino licences.
