Goa, Jan. 12 -- Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has stated that he has not personally made any law. Responding to public representations submitted to the Chief Minister, Rane said that all actions taken in Goa are carried out strictly as per existing legal provisions. He clarified that laws are framed through constitutional processes and laid down procedures, not by individuals. Whatever is implemented by the government follows rules that have already been approved and enacted. Rane emphasized that elected representatives function within the framework of law and governance.
