India, Jan. 27 -- European Council President Antonio Costa on Monday described the newly signed India-European Union Free Trade Agreement as the "most ambitious" trade pact in the bloc's history, while underlining his personal connection to India. Speaking at Hyderabad House, Costa said he was proud of his Goan roots, telling the audience, "I am from Goa."
