Goa, Jan. 11 -- MNS president Raj Thackeray has claimed that Goa has been "ruined because of reels," pointing to social media content that reveals sensitive location details. Speaking on the issue, Thackeray said many youngsters from Maharashtra create reels to showcase their regions, which in itself is not wrong. However, he argued that several creators end up revealing exact locations while filming in Konkan, Goa, and nearby areas.
According to Thackeray, such content makes it easier for outsiders to identify land parcels and scenic locations, eventually leading to easier access and alleged land encroachment.
