Dubai, March 21 -- H.E. Humaid Al Qutami, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) felicitated pioneering mental health professionals at the 13th International Mental Health Conference.
The three-day conference, organized by the Emirates Society for Mental Health, will discuss the latest advances in the field of mental health. It will focus on the field of psychiatry and psychology and discuss challenges, latest treatment methods and emerging trends in the field.
According to World Health Organization (WHO), mental health is a 'state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.'
