Brief Summary: This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares the effect of venetoclax to gemtuzumab ozogamicin, when given with cytarabine and daunorubicin ("7+3" regimen), for the treatment of patients with core binding factor acute myeloid leukemia (CBF-AML).
