Mussoorie, Nov. 21 -- Taking a strict stand on roadside encroachment along the Mall Road, here, SDM Varun Chaudhary undertook an inspection today. He instructed the shopkeepers to remove the encroachments ith immediate effect. Notices were served on 109 shopkeepers under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code for unauthorised occupation of the roadside and were instructed to be present at the Court of SDM Mussoorie and also to give reasons why action should not be taken against them.
