Monrovia, Feb. 13 -- Watanga FC suffered their first league defeat of the season after the Oil Boys bounced back from a goal down to claim an unlikely win at Tusa Field and move up to ninth place in the table. The league leaders, Watanga, went into the match as the only team in the top-flight league unbeaten after 16 games. LPRC Oilers ended Watanga's unbeaten start to the season as the boys from Paynesville self-destructed in their 2-1 defeat on Sunday, February 11, 2024.
