MONROVIA, Feb. 13 -- Mr. O. Natty B. Davis, the new President of the Liberia Chamber of Commerce, asserts that for the private sector to serve as the engine of economic growth and employment, it is imperative for the Chamber to collaborate with the government in implementing the appropriate policy responses.
