Monrovia, April 4 -- Watanga Football Club has be delcl champions of the 2023/2024, Liberia Football Association first division National league with two games to spare.

The Paynesville based club proved their supremacy over LISCR FC this season when they completed the double over the defending champion on Wednesday April 3, 2024 at the Tusa Field when they secure all three points in a tight encounter that ended 1-0 to the away side.

With focus and determination couple with strong motivation from their fans and technicians, the experienced Paynesville City based team fought very hard with team spirit to win the league.

Watanga from the start of the league did not really look as title container but eventually capitalized from the mistake...
