Liberia, March 1 -- The inception of the Boakai-Koung administration has brought about major change in government with the appointment of new officials. The Ministry of Health is no exception. While many in the health sector have celebrated the appointment of Dr. Louise Kpoto, an experienced medical professional as the new Minister of Health, there are reports that some of the ministry's preferred picks to head leading medical institutions across the country are not going down well with employees at these institutions.
