Liberia: Court Vindicates Deputy Police Inspector From Alleged Criminal Charges
Monrovia, April 17 -- Senior Inspector of the Liberia National Police, Unit-109, Victor Gboyah, has every reason to be comfortable in his new portfolio after being vindicated of all alleged criminal offenses levied against him in a lawsuit filed at the Monrovia City Court by one Jallah Kollie.
According to a Clerk's Certificate in the possession of FrontPageAfrica, a careful perusal of the court's record shows that Inspector Gboyah did not aid the escape of the Principal Defendant, Abner Yonly.
Instead, the court noted that it was one Emanuel Wright who resided in Brewerville and was a guarantor of said Principal Defendant.
