Monrovia, Jan. 31 -- Since the election of President Joseph Boakai, the name of former foreign Minister Augustine Ngafuan has been ringing. An old hand at the Ministry, Ngafuan, served as Foreign Minister from 2012 to 2015 under the presidency of Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf. He is also a former Minister of Finance. Mr. Ngafuan is currently the Country Manager of the African Development Bank in Uganda.
