MONROVIA, Feb. 15 -- FrontPageAfrica has obtained a copy of the investigative report of the November 7, 2011 shooting at the headquarters of the Congress for Democratic Change. The report clears the recently nominated Deputy Inspector General of Police Atty. J. Nelson Freeman of shooting to kill on that fateful day, contrary to reports that he was responsible for the killing that took place.
