Sri Lanka, Aug. 6 -- The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau in an endeavor to increase awareness on Sri Lanka's unique offerings as a travel destination with many global endorsements hosted a unique promotion at the IOI city mall in Putrajaya, Malaysia, which is 1.5 million square ft. Visitors to the stall were welcomed and escorted by a Sri Lankan traditional dance troupe.
The event was ceremonially opened by Majintha Jayasinghe, the Acting High Commissioner to Malaysia. The event was done in collaboration with the Sri Lanka High Commission in Malaysia.
