India, Nov. 9 -- Haq stars Yami Gautam and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. The powerful courtroom drama, directed by Suparn S Varma, is inspired by the real-life Shah Bano case of the 1980s. The film has been getting overwhelming responses from fans and critics. On the opening day, Haq collected only Rs. 1.75 crore, but on day 2, the film witnessed a record 91.43% jump, collecting Rs. 3.35 crore. Reacting to this, Yami shared a heartwarming note on X.
