Mumbai, April 15 -- Nepotism has been a term that has been tossed around a lot for the past few years. The word has often pointed at the star kids in the industry and made victims of those who have made it without any connections in Bollywood.
While every actor in the industry has shared their opinion on the subject and acknowledged that connections do help star kids, Sonam Kapoor once took the liberty of defining nepotism and said shared it would be 'disrespectful' if she didn't take advantage of her father Anil Kapoor's hard work.
