Mumbai, May 29 -- Shah Rukh Khan holds a record for the most number of Filmfare Award wins for Best Actor. The actor shares the position with superstar Dilip Kumar with both of them having 8 wins each. Shah Rukh Khan however had once confessed that his desire to win the Filmfare best actor trophy had once made him do something horrible.
Back in 1994, Shah Rukh Khan had tried to bribe the editor to get his first-ever Filmfare award for best actor for Baazigar after winning the best debut for Deewana the previous year. Shah Rukh did win but it wasn't because he offered to pay for the trophy.
