India, Nov. 28 -- Vijay Raghavendra's sequel to his film Seetharam Benoy: Case No 18, Second Case of Seetharam was one of the earliest to announce November 28 as its release date. However, thereafter, there was radio silence from the team and when the film failed to make it to theatres on the announced date, OTTplay reached out to the team.
