India, June 11 -- While we had previously reported that Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the recently released Tamil film Thug Life, the initial OTT deal was that the film will premiere on the platform only after eight weeks of theatrical run. However, with the results of Thug Life being disappointing, it is now expected that the Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam film will now land on Netflix sooner than the agreed period.
