India, Oct. 21 -- Sharafudheen's latest film The Pet Detective seems to have capitalised on the Diwali weekend to improve its box office numbers. The film, which also stars Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead, is doing much better than Navya Nair-led Paathirathri at the ticket window. Both films opened to mixed reviews, but The Pet Detective seems to be faring better than the cop drama Paathirathri.
