It addresses the harrowing, real-world issue of young women being radicalised and joining terrorist organisations like ISIS. The film received two National Film Awards at the 71st ceremony in 2025. Now, The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond has been announced, and the makers finally shared the teaser on January 30.
