India, Oct. 24 -- There is very little that actor-filmmaker Rahul Ravindran has revealed about his upcoming film The Girlfriend, starring Rashmika Mandanna and Dheekshith Shetty in the lead. The general perception, based on the teaser and the little that the cast has divulged is that it is an intense relationship drama that they think will have audiences introspect and have a conversation about their own relationships after they exit the movie hall. The film is releasing in theatres on November 7, 2025, ahead of which, the trailer will drop on October 25. The launch event is at Hyderabad's AAA Cinemas from 12 pm onward.
