India, Jan. 15 -- Jeevarathnam (Jiiva) is a local politician in the village panchayat. He is entrusted with ensuring that the wedding festivities at Ilavarasu's (Ilavarasu) house proceed smoothly. Everything goes according to plan until a death occurs at the neighbouring house of Mani (Thambi Ramaiah). Soon, both families insist that their respective rituals, the wedding and the funeral, take place at the exact same time, with neither willing to compromise. As chaos and conflict escalate, Jeevarathnam finds himself at the centre of the turmoil, tasked with resolving the standoff and restoring harmony.
