India, July 29 -- A few weeks ago, no one knew of a film called Su From So. Then, actor-filmmaker Raj B Shetty, who's not been seen in Kannada cinema since the anthology Roopanthara, hinted that his team had been busy working on a film that was ready for audiences. It was called Su from So and was directed by JP Thuminad, whom audiences knew best as Priya's husband Deepak in Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side B. They dropped a peppy dance number first, which they followed with a trailer and the film itself, shortly after, and what happened thereafter is what audiences like to say these days - 'it came out of syllabus'.
