Mumbai, May 24 -- Sonu Sood has become real-life hero for the migrant workers he helping to get home during these trying times of the coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. While the actor gained popularity for playing the villain in several films not many might know that the actor had once started as the Indian superhero Nagraj in a commercial for the popular comic book series.
In the commercial going as far back as 1997 Sonu Sood can be seen in the all green superhero costume with pink briefs over it, fighting villains. Beaming green laser-like light from his eyes, doing acrobatic stunts, and shooting deadly snakes at the villains from his wrist, the ad looks almost comical today.
