India, July 26 -- Tamil film Thalaivan Thalaivii, starring actors Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen in the lead roles, is all set to release in Telugu as Sir Madam on August 1 in theatres. Directed by Pandiraaj, the film is a romantic comedy drama.
