Mumbai, Nov. 12 -- Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi has signed his next film. Well, according to a report on Bollywood Hungama, the actor who is backed by Excel Entertainment has bagged a film that would star Deepika Padukone. The film is not yet titled but will reportedly be directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
Well, no more details of the film are out yet. Siddhant Chaturvedi rose to fame after his portrayal of MC Sher in Gully Boy and Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, will be seen in the filmChhapaakthat is based on the life of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The film also stars Vikrant Massey.Chhapaakis set to release in January 2020.
