India, Sept. 27 -- Actor Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who is a household name in Tamil and Telugu cinema, will be attempting something new. The actor has now turned into a director and will be making her debut with Saraswathi, which will also feature her as the protagonist.

Actor Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, is now a director and has announced her debut project on social media on Saturday. The actor has also turned into a producer as well, who will be shuttling between being an actor, director and producer of her maiden project.
