India, Oct. 19 -- Twenty-two years after the tragic romantic saga Tere Naam, which came out in 2003, trade rumours suggest that a sequel is already well underway in production. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala is supposedly in advanced talks to acquire the franchise rights from Sunil Manchanda and Mukesh Talreja; the idea was initially proposed by the late filmmaker Satish Kaushik in 2020.
