Mumbai, Nov. 12 -- Ranbir Kapoor, despite his star status, has been somewhat a recluse. He is a self-admitted loner and loves to chill at home. Even when he is out for promotions, he is hardly the one to be all over the place around fans. However, he made an exception today on the pious eve of Guru Nanak Jayanti as he took to streets to greet his fans.

Ranbir Kapoor was seen in Maharashtra's Ulhasnagar addressing his fans and waving out to them for the sunroof of his car. Guru Nanak Jayanti is one of the biggest festivals for the Sikh community and is celebrated as the birth anniversary of the Sikh guru.
