Well, their search has finally ended as Nick, together with brother Joe Jonas are setting new real estate records. According to reports, Nick and Joe have invested a total of a whopping 34.1 million dollars on properties that are 3 miles apart at Encino, a posh area in San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
While Nick and Priyanka have invested 20 million dollars, Joe and wife Sophie Turner, have chosen the smaller property of the two worth 14.1 million dollars.
