India, Nov. 5 -- Peddi is Ram Charan's new film that is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame. The action drama is being mounted on a massive scale by the makers of Pushpa and is halfway done with its shoot.

The makers have kept the film in the news and released a small promo for the first single titled Chikiri. A promotional video showcases director Buchi Babu explaining the song situation to A.R. Rahman, and glimpses of the number are shown through a fun hookstep by Ram Charan.
