India, Aug. 4 -- Director Ramkumar Balakrishnan has been elated for a couple of days now, given his directorial debut Parking has won the National Film Award for Best Film Tamil, along with two other awards. The director is next working with multi-faceted personality Silambarasan. While there have been speculations that the film is dropped and not happening, Ramkumar gave an update about the project, which is tentatively called STR 49.
