India, Sept. 21 -- Director Pa Ranjith, a prominent filmmaker in the Tamil cinema space, had earlier announced a sequel to his sports drama Sarpatta Parambarai. However, the director had gone on to work with Vikram in Thangalaan and is now making his next feature titled Vettuvam. However, the director did give an update on the sequel and what is the status of the project.
