India, Dec. 21 -- No Tears in Hell, directed by Michael Caissie, is a haunting psychological thriller that was released back in August in the US, and now set to make its India debut through Vrott. The movie is loosely based on Russian serial killer, Alexander Spesivtsev, whose criminal activities in the early 1990s have earned him the title 'Siberian Ripper'. No Tears in Hell blends psychological thrills, dark horror moments, and is based on some true-crime stories.
