India, Feb. 23 -- Rahul Dev Burman (27 June 1939 - 4 January 1994), affectionately known as Pancham, was a legendary Indian film music composer who revolutionised Bollywood music during the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. He made over 330 film scores, creating timeless, vibrant hit songs by blending Western rock, funk and jazz with Indian classical music. While Kishor Kumar's biopic is also in talks, a report mentioned that R.D. Burman's biopic is in the works.
