India, Aug. 15 -- Once in a while, a few low-budget films are made quietly but end up creating a lot of buzz ahead of their release. One such film, launched the other day, is Mutton Soup, a social drama packed with multiple thrills. On the eve of Independence Day, the motion poster and title were unveiled by the makers through veteran KS Rama Rao.

Directed by Ramachandra Vattikuti, Mutton Soup explores ghastly crimes in Hyderabad and how the cops unravel them. Featuring Raman and Varsha Vishwanath, the film is already in production and is being made on a moderate budget.
