India, Dec. 2 -- Mrs Deshpande is an upcoming psychological thriller series. Directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, the series stars Madhuri Dixit in the lead role. Mrs Deshpande is a suspenseful and gritty drama about a serial killer. During the trailer launch event, the filmmaker opened up on casting Madhuri for the series and revealed that she was the only choice for Mrs Deshpande. Notably, the series is an adaptation of the French show La Mante.
