India, Dec. 23 -- It's been a while since Kannada audiences had much to look forward to on OTT. There was Rishab Shetty's Kantara Chapter 1 in late October and then Yuva Rajkumar's much-delayed Ekka in November. Since then, while there has been the occasional Kannada release on platforms like Z5 and Sun NXT, there wasn't anything to grab eyeballs, but that could change in the new year, what with December having had not one or two, but three star-led releases.
