India, Oct. 15 -- It was during the promotions of her hit film Premalu that Malayalam actress Mamitha Baiju heard that Tamil superstar Vijay was pulling the plug on his acting career to dive headlong into active politics. Like most other actresses, Mamitha too harboured hopes of, someday, working with Vijay, and for a moment, she felt that all hope was lost.
