India, Aug. 18 -- AR Murugadoss, who has given some hit films like Ghajini, and Ramana, is back to Tamil cinema with the upcoming action thriller Madharaasi. The film is fronted by Sivakarthikeyan and will hit theatres on September 5. AR Murugadoss who is coming back to Tamil cinema after a gap, and especially after his last film in Hindi, Sikander, did not work well, it is crucial that Madharaasi wins. Ahead of the film's release, the filmmaker spoke about how hailed Tamil filmmakers like Mani Ratnam and Shankar films have not performed well.
