India, Sept. 6 -- Little Hearts is a very low-budget Telugu film that has caught the imagination of one and all. Not many know, but the film was supposed to be a direct OTT release. Once the makers revealed the trailer, it went viral, and they changed their decision at the last minute to release Little Hearts in theatres.
