India, Oct. 8 -- There are no new Kannada original releases to look forward to this week in theatres or on OTT, which should not come as a surprise, considering that Rishab Shetty's Kantara Chapter 1 has been in theatres for only a week and will continue to dominate the box office for a while. It is also the week before the Deepavali films line up in theatres -there are multiple movies, like Bison, Dude, Telusu Kada and Thamma, among others, set for festival release. So, unless you've got plans to watch or rewatch Kantara Chapter 1, the Kannada scene in theatres is glum this week. It's pretty much the same as far as OTT goes, but there's a recent hit film that will be available with a dubbed version.
