India, July 5 -- Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep's 47th film, tentatively called K47, will be with the Tamil Nadu-based Sathya Jyothi Films after all. However, contrary to earlier reports that it will be directed by Cheran, K47 will reunite Sudeep with Max maker Vijay Kartikeyaa instead. The film was officially announced on July 5 with an animated teaser that promises an action-packed extravaganza. The team will go on floors on July 7 and are targeting a December 2025 release. Max was a Christmas 2024 release and was one of the biggest hits of the year.
