India, July 16 -- Actor Kavin, who has a line-up of films for release, has announced his next one. The film was officially launched on Wednesday, and will have Priyanka Arul Mohan playing the female lead. Tentatively called Kavin 09, the film will be a romantic fantasy comedy.
