India, Sept. 19 -- The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Karam, have unveiled its second trailer a week ahead of its theatrical release. The action thriller, which stars Helen-fame Noble Babu Thomas in the lead role, is directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan.
